Direct care staff are responsible for the overall health and well-being of the participant. Job duties include cooking, cleaning, bathing, and behavioral management. Experience in this field is a plus, but not required. We pride ourselves in providing the best training possible, both in a classroom setting and hands-on, for our staff. We offer the opportunity for our staff to advance in the company and encourage professional growth.

Qualifications (will be provided if not already obtained)

-CPR and First Aid Certified

-Certified to assist with medications in the state of Idaho

-Must be at least 18 years of age

-Valid Drivers License or Identification Card

-Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance preferred

-Must be able to pass a criminal history and background check
